Welcome to the website of the Researchgroup John Duns Scotus!
The Researchgroup consists of seven theologians who study the work of John Duns Scotus (1266-1308). In our publications we analyze and explain his work, and try to show its relevance to contemporary theology and philosophy.
In 2013 our Researchgroep JDS studied Scotus' Ordinatio I,41, a quaestio with Scotus' fundamental analysis of God's election and reprobation. Our findings were published in an article in the Dutch journal Kerk en Theologie (2014, 65, 3).
